Compact Rifle scopes

Hi it has been my experience that compact rifle scopes have a great use for hunting and are favored over sites for speed of target acquisition and accuracy in the field.The compacts use generally one to four power and lower power means larger field of view and faster drawing of your site picture and easier to adjust than sites. It is favored in brush hunting where you tend to get close shooting ranges and need to get your shots away fast. They also tend to be way better for light gathering and this is a great help at times. I have still learned the hard way it is better in most cases to take the time if you have it to get a rest if and whenever possible because your chances of hitting are about a hundred percent better if you can take your time to aim and find a solid rest for the fore-stalk of the Rifle. For precision shooting this is a must. I find I am at the age where I need glasses and want to shoot large objective well magnified scopes. To use the greatest potential from my failing vision. I also still practice every time I can finding things and following things that are moving in my scope just to get the siting down to a best time and always carry my Leupold rifle scope set on the lowest power when it is possible.
