GPS Tracking For Children

Hi I am going to give some ideas for GPS tracking for children. My wife and I have a group daycare and when we had a young challenged girl in our care at the daycare we had a problem with the workers being scared of her taking off.

She was well behaved other times, she but did not at times want to stay indoors. This was okay when there were workers and others outside on the play ground. But she just went out and did not know to use the right door and would be on the street.

We wanted to lock the doors from the inside, but soon found out it is a fire regulation that the doors not be locked for the children safety . This made good sense so we had to get in extra help for the child.

If we had known about the GPS tracking for children at that time we could have all felt better for the child's safety. This and the benefit if the workers are just walking the children to the daycare from school could help and be a lot safer.

I am sure now when our managers go to the local meetings of the day care associations they will discuss this as an option or just a fail safe when this type of problem arises.

This is not a best case solution, just a good fail safe measure the best case is still having a mother or full time worker with a problem child at all times. The problem is we never know when a well behaved child is having a bad day.
