No, there are some cases, due to certain eye conditions, that it may not help enough to get rid of glasses completely, but for many they can.

Why is healthy eating important? It is important for all our health to eat correctly, and most people never think about their eyes as needing good nutrients as well. A healthy body will definitely help the eyes as well. When you combine healthy eyes and these eye exercises when correcting eyesight naturally you will have a winning combination.

One Important Thing To Avoid when Correcting Eyesight Naturally

Just like a camera lens, if too much light gets in, the picture will be hazy and hard to look at. It is the same way with your eyes, because they work a lot like a camera lens.

I like the way you speak about this technique plainly. I am nearsighted and have very poor distance vision, I have recently found an old high school pair of glasses so I've been thinking of giving the eye exercises a try and see if I can get back to at least my previous prescription, if so then I'll "see" where to go from there, couldn't resist.
